According to Evolution21 (2011),
solution fluency is defined as the ability to think in a creative manner in order to solve problems in time by
defining the problem, designing a solution , applying the solution and
eventually evaluating the procedure and results.
Defining the problem
suggests that individuals should present
a concise definition of the challenge that is being addressed which
serves as a purpose of identifying where one is in order to determine where to
go .The unemployment rate in the community is high due to the lack of education
and skills thus people are unable to perform jobs which require a specific set of skills
and knowledge .
The next step is to discover
which includes researching the background information on the issue and
identifying what needs to be known to resolve the problem .The reason for the
high unemployment rate is past activities which has left people uneducated and
in poverty.
Dream , visualise and create
a solution. Through the government adequate information about the youth’s opportunities should be provided
and providing more affordable training
programmes .
Design and deliver by
completing the visualised solution. The government should provide provincially
and adequate resources required such as infrastructure and financial resources,
funding and expertises, private sectors should also contribute by enhancing entrepreneurships
through mentoring, easy financing etc. Malik,J (2016).
And lastly debrief,to review
the process and product .
Q.2.2
Digital footprint is the
trace of data you leave when you use the internet .This includes the websites
that are visited, emails sent and online submissions .(Techterms,2014).
In terms of privacy digital
footprints could be a problem .For instance if you have been hacked or an
inappropriate picture was accidentally uploaded onto the internet, it is made
available for everyone to see and even if removed the picture can still be
accessible . This photo can possibly ruin your career or personal life if
someone with importance were to come across it.

Tips on how to manage your
digital footprint:

Use privacy settings to prevent random people
talking your social media.
·
Keep a list of accounts and delete the ones
you do not use.
·
Google yourself to ensure there is no
identity theft.
