As smart phones are being used for dishonest purposes during tests and assignments, the Independent Instituteof Education has decided to implement a policy against the possession of smart phones during tests and assignments. Smart phones will not be permissible in the venue as well as on the students and must be given to the educator to keep at the start of a test or assignment. Failure to adhere to this policy with regard in severe punishment which may also include expulsion.

Q.2.1 According to Evolution21 (2011), solution fluency is defined as the ability to think in a creative manner   in order to solve problems in time by defining the problem, designing a solution , applying the solution and eventually evaluating the procedure and results. Defining the problem suggests that individuals should present   a concise definition of the challenge that is being addressed which serves as a purpose of identifying where one is in order to determine where to go .The unemployment rate in the community is high due to the lack of education and skills thus people are unable to perform   jobs which require a specific set of skills and knowledge . Q.1.1 According to Ribble (2011), the nine elements that make up digital citizenship and encompasses the issue of use, the misuse and abuse of technology are as follows : digital access, digital commerce, digital communication ,digital literacy ,digital etiquette , digital law , digital rights and responsibilities , digital health and wellness and lastly digital security (self protection ) .
